Designed to give players precise detail from a variety of competent coaches. Exposing young footballers to a range of coaching perceptions and practices allows our players to have a diverse footballing education. Our small group sessions work on the basis of players working within designated groups consisting on a maximum of 8 players. These groups are selected by ensuring players operate in a group optimal for their development. Having multiple coaches operating on multiple small sided pitches. Throughout the session players will visit each elite coach within their groups. Allowing players to be exposed to three different coaching practices within the session. Every session will also give the opportunity for a "showcase" game, allowing players to showcase their learnings within a game environment.
